First trimester assessment
Dating and viability, NT screening, early anatomy assessment and risk assessment for chromosomal abnormalities.
Detailed anomaly / target scan
Systematic structural assessment of the fetus at the mid-trimester milestone.
Fetal echocardiography
Specialised assessment of the fetal heart where congenital cardiac abnormality is suspected or risk is increased.
Growth & wellbeing scans
Serial monitoring of fetal growth, amniotic fluid and wellbeing through the third trimester.
Multiple pregnancy assessment
Monitoring of twin and multiple pregnancies including chorionicity, growth and complications.
Fetal Doppler studies
Multi-vessel assessment of fetal and placental blood flow, central to growth restriction and other high-risk pregnancies.

Prenatal diagnosis & counselling
Some pregnancies require detailed evaluation beyond routine ultrasound.

Where clinically indicated, specialised fetal procedures may be offered following
appropriate counselling and assessment.
- Amniocentesis
- Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
- Fetal blood sampling / other diagnostic procedures where indicated
- Selected fetal therapeutic procedures in appropriate clinical settings
- Fetal reduction
- Monochorionic complication management by laser, fetoscopy, or radiofrequency ablation procedures
- Fetal intrauterine transfusion for anemia
Every invasive procedure is considered individually after detailed assessment, counselling and informed consent. Please bring your previous ultrasound reports, blood tests, screening reports and relevant medical records to your appointment.
